Introduction

Before starting this ordained work of God, I naturally thought that the Anglican Cult in Britain was simply a Church that had gone astray, albeit greatly astray.

Since obeying God’s command to study what has been going on, I am now of a different belief, that is we are dealing with a highly influential organization that has got its claws right into the heart of our society and is rapidly destroying its moral core, even to the point that like Herod it is allowing for the slaughter of innocents.

I do not see how a true Christian can stay in this cult that has its allegiance not to the Jesus of Heaven but to the Jesus Paul warns about in his second letter to the Corinthians.

Part 1 deals with Anglican Leadership for change generally happens from the top down – not the bottom up! The insights are amazing and I can tell you that devils have manifest in this house on exposing the false deity they have been worshipping!

It really is an eye opener! The Anglican Cult, formerly the Anglican Church is responsible for making our nation another nation with ungodly laws it is responsible for – because the Highest Court in the Land is the House of Lords that constitutionally contains Anglican Bishops!

After dealing with Anglican Lunacies of today in Part 2 we then under God offer a way forward in Part 3 – that must happen if this cult is going to become once more our National Church with the God of the King James Bible as it’s Head!

Part 1: From The Top!

From 2002 to 2012 the Anglican Leader (that is the leader after the Monarch) took office as an active pagan – of a Masonic background – who is a Worshipper of Baal through his acceptance of the robes of Druidism.

From this simple fact, we can proclaim therefore that we are dealing with a cult rather than Church. All members of this Cult whether they be Christian or not are part of a worshipping party before a god that has the state denomination right under his feet!

Within the context of state this denomination of Baal has naturally failed to see that the State has kept to its Christian roots. The Cult is therefore guilty of very High Treason in the way it has stood back and allowed ungodly laws to manifest despite of its controls in the House of Lords. It is my conviction that God would have us bring the offenders through Traitors Gate at the Tower of London where an Ecclesiastical Court needs to be held to bring these prophets of Baal to account! It is here that the prophets along Elijah’s line under the calling of our Lord Jesus Christ need to pass judgment upon a Church that has failed in its injunction of God to protect our national Protestant Christian heritage.

Out and out paganism in the name of Christianity is what this cult is all about; failing to keep the Monarch to her precious vows before God in the running of Great Britain – now known because of this “Church’s” failure as “Rubbish Britain”.

Proof! I am overwhelmed with proof. Wherever you look in the Anglican Church there are seats of Satan so high that those adhering to its pagan communion services need to know that this is a place to get away from!

Its pagan Leader, a gentleman that was commonly known as the “Archdruid of Canterbury”, a man who has come from Ystradgynlais in South Wales not only desires to run the pagan stones of Druidism throughout the denomination – he looks to combine the ancient strands of religion together into a golden thread of ecumenical paganism that combines the Sun God of his Anglo Catholic persuasion with the Moon God of Islam thus making a one world religion under whom God sees as the god of this world; II Cor. 4:4. It is my contention that the apparent King Charles III is of this ilk, a desire for conformity of all faith, despite of their very different origins and belief systems, it being one thing to have multi faith dialogue and a very different thing to have multi-faith worship and practice as Charles has done.

Proof of Baal

As regards to the former Archbishop’s allegiance to Baal we go back to 2002 when he was inducted as a druid in a Welsh Celtic ceremony which Dr. Rowan Williams described as a “Very Christian Service.” No such service exists in the Old or New Testaments in relation to Christianity, a gathering around physical standing stones can only have one meaning and that is out and out paganism.

We shall go onto prove that Druidism is a craft dedicated to Baal but before we do that it is interesting to note in light of Archbishop Rowan Williams’ fascination with Islamic Sharia Law that according to the Theosophical Glossary the Baal or Bel cult relates to having Lordship over something physical. Within this cult is a doctrine of creation, our work in previous papers showing that in Church life there is often reference to another “Jesus” who is not the Jesus of the Authorised Version who is the “son of God” but the “Jesus” of modern translations who is merely “a son of the gods”; Daniel 3:25. An Anglican ceremony I attended in Kineton, Warwickshire but did not take part in had this allegiance. This is the allegiance of Baal who is known as the “father of the gods”, Jesus of course being “a son” under Baal – that is the crux of the modern translations and the Anglican Cult as well!

In a document known as The Secret Doctrine, Baal in his role of the “father of the gods” is to be Lord of any celestial body which can be the Sun (hence Patricia King’s (NAR’s Todd Bentley’s Prophetess) adherence to this body and its “blue flame”, Jupiter, Saturn or Mercury, Baal’s eldest son within this framework being “god of the Moon”!

Baal has a female counterpart Ashtoreth who is known as being a receptive goddess and a lunar divinity. This why the Christian day of worship was changed from Saturday to Sunday by Constantine as an adherence to the Sun – the same adherence going on in Patricia King’s theology backing the “Lakeland Revival” of some years ago whose God is not the God of the Bible but the Catholic Sun God who is revered by many each Sunday. Sunday became known as the “venerable day of the Sun” by Constantine which we see as being part of the Baal deity cult so rife in the Anglican Apostasy.

The reason Luther was called of God to separate the Church from the paganism of Rome was to draw a line for all time from allegiance to Baal. Rowan Williams with his allegiance to the false deities of Druidism is doing all he can to not only draw allegiance to Rome but also to all religions on the basis that there are many roads to God – hence there being more than one deity in occult adherence.

If what I am saying is not true, why is it that Druids gather around Stonehenge in Wiltshire each Summer Solstice awaiting the arrival of the Sun? The stones and the Sun are both physical entities and so I believe it to be obvious that those gathering around stones have a physical entity in mind, faith in the Christian sense being related to things not seen, an entity that the Anglican cult ignores with its high altars and Druidically dressed Bishops.

These are Druids at Stonehenge, awaiting the Sun and the Archbishop of Canterbury has acted in a similar way. The stones and “Church” featured are those at Ystradgynlais where the Archbishop grew up in a culture of pagan Christianity so much a part of establishment “Church” culture in South Wales as opposed to the passions of the non-conformist Chapel Movement.

The Sun God of the Druids, therefore is very much a part of all this, but what is the ancient wisdom of the Druids? Well, a lot of it is secret only available to initiates but with our insight we can see that this is a world of initiation and sacrifice to a greater power – known as “The Greater Wisdom.” We learn from Diodorus Siculus that Druids were “philosophers and theologians skilled in the divine nature,” people able to communicate not to God as such but to “the gods”. Hypolytus of Alexandria Egypt wrote that Druids placed Pythagorean methods of reckoning in their prophecies. Clement of Alexandria, however, reckoned that philosophy had been studied by Druids before the Greeks and so we have this Druidic perspective of theology and philosophy combined result in the Gnostic approach of Alexandria that is taking so many out of Church life through its adherence to a false God.

According to www.answers.com the Druids were polytheists, those of more than one deity showing today in the Anglican Cult with its multi faith –one world religion approach under Dr. Rowan Williams! They are described as an ancient Celtic order of priests, teachers, diviners, and magicians that are priesthood!

One has to ask if it is appropriate for a Leader in a national Christian Church to be part of a priesthood of priests, teachers, diviners and magicians? The answer is probably “yes” for the Church we refer to has become nothing less than a synagogue of Satan.

We do need, however, to discover what a druid is. The BBC Inside Out programme discovered that Druids came to Britain about 1500 BC acting as judges, doctors, diviners, sages, mystics, and clerical scholars. They were considered as the wise men of Celtic society and so the Anglican’s leader under the Monarch has a role as a wise man!

Some years ago before going “woke”, the BBC discovered in relation to the Druid’s acceptance of spiritual rebirth that this does not seem to relate to the Bible’s perception of justification by faith but rather to belief in re-incarnation. This can be seen in the behaviour of the apparent King Charles in his embracing of such beliefs.

We have discovered that the Anglican Cult did not have a Christian Leader under the Monarch but one of strange and alien belief systems. We see the same within ancient Druidism of which the former Anglican Archbishop played a part with three groups; the bards who are “keepers of the tradition”; the Ovates who work with the processes of death and regeneration and the Druids and Druidesses themselves who act as directors of the rituals, these rituals being to worship of deities rather than the deity as in Christianity. Various witchcraft rituals to physical entities combined with a belief in reincarnation form the Anglican into one that apparently embraces Christianity but is rather a cult of all persuasions under a religious order of paganism taking all its members into an occult array of confusion. What we need to understand here is that there are two Jesuses in the Bible and with the state religion embracing paganism it is clear that its practices are going to be in line with the “other Jesus” rather than the primary Jesus of the Bible.

This worship of the Sun God has become so much part of establishment in Britain that primitive Christianity is in danger of being forgotten.

Fahim A Knight intimates:

Allauddin Shabazz in his book titled, “Symbolism, Holidays, Myths and Signs” The word “Christmas” means “Mass of Christ,” or as it came to be shortened, ‘Christ—mas.’ It came to non—Christians and Protestant from the Roman Catholic Church. It is this paganism today that has influenced the Anglican Cult into being a bastion of society rather than the soldier of Christ Jesus in a nation that is still constitutionally Protestant.

William Josiah Sutton in The Illuminati 666 states:

“There is no scriptural evidence that supports the Birth of Christ as being December 25th; but history says December 25th was kept thousands of years before the Birth of Christ, in honor of the pagan Messiah. This tells us a lot for we discover the existence of “another Messiah”, “another Jesus” as the Bible puts it and this “Jesus” is “one like the most high”, Isa. 14. It is clear that by going back in history that there has been a conflict between those who had exalted solar gods and those who have exalted the Jesus of Heaven who came as a child to earth. Baal simply means “Lord”, there being a belief in paganism that this counterfeit of the real Lord Jesus discerns the past, foretells the future and turns metal into gold all hallmarks of Charismatic witchcraft so prevalent in a part of the Church known as the “Charismatic” wing, many Anglican “churches” embracing this culture particularly with the Alpha Course which had its origins in part of the Anglican Cult in London, from where the current archbishop of Canterbury has come!

Within this context of worship of the Sun God and it is clear that this is the God Druidism primarily embraces we have the concept of December 25th. originally the day of the Winter Solstice, this day being the day of the all conquering SUN rather than the all conquering SON!

J.L. Reynolds refers to John King’s observations:

King’s research points to the fact, that the entire Christmas tradition perhaps has it roots in pagan tradition (interpret to mean Christmas is a non-Christian ritual), which ancient people had developed sophisticated customs and rituals that pre-dated the birth of Jesus. The Ancients charted the universe son, moon and stars, thus developing agricultural rites that paid homage to the power of life and death as it was seen in nature (the Freemasons, Rosicrucian, Elks, Illuminati, Sun Gods of Kemet and quite naturally the Sun Gods of Ancient Greece and Rome), as well as others have relied in an interdependent manner on the winter and summer solstice for ritual justification and theological explanation. Nature dies (winter months) and it resurrects itself every year (spring time) and all of the above Societies, as well as Christianity developed elaborate customs and theological rites giving to some aspect of death and resurrection that was observed in natural creation. This whole concept of the Sun God not only has its roots in Druidism but also Freemasonry. Fahim A Knight has discovered that masonry is also built on the “Solar Deity Hypothesis”, Hiram Abiff a figure revered in masonry but not mentioned in the Bible is considered within the belief as Master Builder of Solomon’s Temple. The story continues to have Abiff murdered by three Jewish ruffians who conspired to steal his light (knowledge and wisdom). His death, however, was only temporary, his fate being dictated by the sun, moon and stars, he being raised from the grave where he was standing Ninety degrees upright as a living perpendicular on a square.

In response to this the Worshipful Master of a Masonic Lodge today will be stationed in the East where the Sun rises and he is considered the light of the Masonic Lodge and as the physical Sun gives light he it is acknowledged that great wisdom will come through him. We are therefore establishing that both through Druidism and Freemasonry there is adherence to the physical Sun which in the context of all this mysticism has given birth to a child Baal Bereth. Within this context we are able to show that in this Anglican cult we have adherence not to the Jesus of the Bible but to the counterfeit Jesus of II Cor. 11:4. Even though there is no evidence to show the present Archbishop of Canterbury is a freemason, there is every evidence to show he is embracing part of an ancient group that gives adherence to the Sun and not the Son, a past Archbishop of Canterbury, Archbishop Fisher 1887-1972 being cited by the Grand Lodge of Scotland as being a famous freemason! Part 2: Anglican Lunacies

Having exposed the deity of the Anglican Cult it is hardly surprising that lunatic fringes have taken over the running of our state “Church” I simply have chosen a small segment of lunacies. I have no doubt I am going to be told many more!

Lunacy 1: Trees

Having established that the Anglican Cult worships another deity from the orthodox Christian Godhead, it is clear when one studies pagan deities that there is a prominent role for the Creation rather than the Creator. This manifests particularly through trees.

The deity of the Anglican cult Baal Bereth seems to be fascinated by trees, after all he is Father of the Yule Season and Yule Tree the Christmas tree. KJV Jer. 10: 2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them. 3 For the customs of the people are vain: for one cutteth a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe. 4 They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.

Some argue that this passage has nothing to do with the Christmas Tree but why else would a tree be adorned with finery than to honour the Father of the Tree – the created force rather than the Creator?

No wonder there is so much distress going around at what is known as Christmas time for the Biblical Godhead has nothing to do with it, the Anglican Cult embracing Baal Bereth and his tree!!!!!! How pathetic!

It is plainly obvious without having to go through a massive study that all the celebrations around what is known as Christmas time have little to do with the true Saviour born in Bethlehem. It is well known that trees play a major role in pagan worship, pagans regarding evergreens as symbols, immortality, fertility and the resurrection of the Sun God Baal, the deity of the Anglican Cult. Alexander Hislop in the “Two Babylons” states:

"The Christmas tree, as has been stated, was generally at Rome a different tree, even the fir; but the very same idea as was implied in the palm-tree was implied in the Christmas fir; for that covertly symbolized the new-born God as BAAL-BERITH, 'Lord of the Covenant,' and thus shadowed forth the perpetuity and everlasting nature of his power, now that after having fallen before his enemies, he has risen triumphant over them all. Therefore, the 25th of December, the day that was observed at Rome as the day when the victorious god appeared on earth, was held as the Natalis invicti solis, 'The birth-day of the Unconquerable Sun.' Now the Yule Log is the dead stock of Nimrod, deified as the sun-god, but cut down by his enemies; the Christ- mas tree is Nimrod redivivus -- the slain god come to life again" (ibid., p.98).

It is clear from our study that we are dealing with an issue addressed by Alexander Hislop in 1853, that issue being the continuance of Babylon through the Church, his work being an exposure of Roman Catholicism whose pagan ideals are clearly manifesting now in what should be the nation’s defender of the Reformation but instead is the surrenderer to the Roman pagan ideal.

Lunacy 2: Gargoyles

If our ministry had as its leader a person who stood around standing stones awaiting the Sun, a person who also put up a tree in honour of a god who was related to the sun, and presided over buildings with ugly statues on them of devilish origin then you would correctly call us a cult! Such is the Anglican Cult and we provide further proof!

Gargoyles were originally built to direct water from a building. Whilst there are differing opinions as to why they were made into devilish shapes, one such opinion is that they were there in the Middle Ages to make congregation members comfortable who had been newly converted from paganism. What lunacy is this for becoming a Christian means a completely turning away from a pagan past? Picture shows a Gargoyle at Westminster Abbey where Coronations take place.

The Cult in addition to pagan altars and buildings also gives adherence to scriptures taken from the Egyptian Roman Catholic codices of Vaticanus, Sinaiticus and Alexandrinus. Lunacy 6: Homosexual Priests and Blessing of Same Sex Partnerships

Our role here is to ascertain whether or not it is remotely possible for God to ordain an unrepentant and practicing homosexual into ministry. Many Anglicans believe it is possible but what does the Bible say?

Orthodox Christianity comes from the understanding that God ordained heterosexuality for he created male and female commanding them to have children.

Whilst proving that sexual relations are for a man and woman in marriage, one has to see whether or not the Bible presents homosexuality as being a sin. It most certainly does, not only in the Old Testament but also the New!

If it can be proved that the sin of Sodom was homosexuality, then surely the Anglican case of appeasing homosexuals is struggling particularly as Lot was prepared to sacrifice his daughters’ virginity rather than allow the clear all male sexual relations to continue. We also ask why did God destroy Sodom? He surely saw the sin, as did Lot as a very serious one, and has God’s view changed from the Old Testament to the New?

Surely these scriptures show us that nations and “churches”” that give credence to homosexuality are guilty of being led of an alien deity, and not of the Spirit of God.

I argue passionately that our exposure of the pagan Anglican deity makes sense when one views what is coming out of this cult!

Levitical law (remember the Queen, who approves and signs all Acts of Parliament, the highest state Court being the House of Bishops) also condemns homosexuality. The Monarch has promised to the utmost of her power to keep the laws of God, and so has she in her role of Head of State and the Anglican Church faltered in the promise to keep the laws of God by allowing homosexuality both in the Church and State? Could this be the reason why so many are leaving Britain today?

We also find out in I Kings that activity in Judah is very similar to that of today.

Now, who does this remind you of? Judah built high places and images operating with an apparent emphasis on trees. The religious order of the day also seemed to tolerate homosexuality, the prophets exposing such activity! So, what has changed?

A summary of the above scriptures tells us this, and I maintain that we continue to see a direct link & contrast with the Anglican Cult of today.

* Asa took the remnant of Sodomites out of the land whereas Anglicans are embracing them into their congregations and priesthood whilst at the same time blessing their “marriages”.

* The King made a covenant before the Lord to keep his commandments. Queen Elizabeth II made a covenant before the Lord too, promising “to the utmost of her power to keep the laws of God.”

*All the people stood to the covenant. All the people of Britain have not kept to the covenant, only the remnant.

* The King commanded all the vessels made to Baal to be taken out of the temple. Queen Elizabeth II has not made a similar command.

* Idolatrous priests that burned incense to the Sun & Moon put down. The Anglican counterparts to Baal – the Sun God have not been put down!

* Houses of the sodomites broken down. This has not happened in Britain.

The false argument that the Old Testament does not apply today does not help these strange Anglicans either! Romans 1 has various descriptions of what can only be ultimately described as sin!

We discover from this passage that contrary to contemporary view, there is within the context of the New Testament the concept of the “wrath of God” that is clearly within this passage revealed against homosexuality. This activity is seen as occurring amongst the following:

* Those who serve the creature more than the Creator. Patricia King: Recently while teaching at Glory School in Dudley, England, with Trevor and Sharon Baker, I had a spiritual encounter regarding the Blue Flame of the Lord. In this encounter, I could feel myself soaring like an eagle, looking upward into the sun while in flight. My eyes were fixed on the sun. Eagles (often a Biblical symbol of the prophetic) in the natural have an extra membrane over their eyes that other birds do not have. This allows them to look directly into the sun without damage to their vision.

On this same theme of adherence to the Sun Wikipedia reports that acknowledged Druid the former Archbishop of Canterbury has been an enthusiastic supporter of Alpha, Druidism’s God being shown to be that of the Sun rather than the Son!

The Alpha course has been endorsed by a number of leaders, including many Roman Catholic cardinals, Anglican archbishops and leading figures of all the main Christian denominations. The formerArchbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams was an enthusiastic supporter when he was Bishop of Monmouth and Archbishop of Wales and has carried on his support into his new role, opening Alpha conferences, even accepting an invitation to speak at an Alpha supper in London in 2005. Alpha is very much part of the build-up for an end-time world religion removing the exclusivity of the Bible’s Christ Jesus and replacing it with a multi faith agenda out of its allegiance with Rome that is moving further ahead in its quest for a one world religion under the Pope – the end time Antichrist, whose “Bibles” taken from Vatican codices are now widely used by once great Protestant denominations and fellowships. Protestants have therefore embraced their beliefs with the following characters representing the religions of the World, the Pope being the ultimate leader of all of them. We can only warn but Alpha’s Roman allegiance is one of Antichrist who is embracing all worldly cultures to bring together an adherence to a god that does not demand repentance from such activity, only what is known in Alpha as personal wrong-doings with no mention at all of the inbred sin of Adam – that would be too heavy and too exclusive in a world in which Christianity is about to be embraced with worldwide religion and culture.

Gathering around Alpha with its multi faith agenda are the banking giants of the World making this course so well-funded but it is bound to a multi faith agenda that like its “Bibles” has no place for hell, and no place for salvation from it.

Preachers and priests who do not believe in hell as taught in the holy scriptures push the Alpha Course. Some of these preachers have tried to put out the fires of hell. Some deny hell altogether. Forgiveness without repentance is the Devil’s lie to deceive and damn the souls of men. When the Alpha Course directs the sinner away from true repentance for sin, then it sets not the course of real salvation but rather counterfeit salvation. It leaves already deceived souls further deceived into believing that they are saved when in fact they are lost. For example, according to Alpha News, a convert states, “I still needed some physical evidence of the existence of God. Part of the course was the Holy Spirit Weekend at a camp which I wasn’t looking forward to. I went and maintained a stonewall approach until the second day … suddenly a feeling of joy came over me, and I began to laugh uncontrollably. At that point I knew that I had become a Christian.” That is not Biblical salvation, that is deception.

Alpha’s multi faith agenda allows for a “wrong-doers” prayer that can be said one day, and allow one to confess one’s wrong doings to a Roman Catholic Priest the next! There is a need now for God’s remnant to preach the true Gospel of salvation from the inbred sin of heaven, warning the masses that unless they repent an eternity of hell fire is the prospect. This is a far cry from Alpha’s watered-down prayer to a sin tolerant deity.

From here has come the false emphasis in the “Father’s Love” doctrine which presents only one side of God ignoring the God of Wrath and Judgment that is so clearly balanced in true scripture.

Baptist Pastor Chris Hand points out: It is interesting to note again the stress upon sin as being the ‘things I have done wrong in my life’. Pastor Hand goes on to establish the weakness of words like “sorry” and establishes a key difference I see today from the repentances I witnessed in my mission hall days.

The key difference is that the “sinners’ prayer” that was said in those days was a conviction of the heart, a crying out to God and a turning away from the things of this world as precious souls began on the road to entire sanctification. This crying out dealt with inbred sin for this Word was given by the blood convicting Preacher of the Word of God, the blood being missing from Alpha’s NIV led mish mash of Egyptian belief.

Pastor Hand points out that there is no evidence to show that model prayers were used by the Early Church, and I cannot recall their use in my 1950’s Mission Hall. What I do remember was changed lives and constant testimony of this, the preaching of God’s Word being vital in this process. Alpha has made redundant blood convicting preachers and replaced these deliverers of God’s message with a “Gospel” that sits comfortably with the sin of sinners. The Worshipful Masters of the Sun God must be well pleased for they will be seeing this course as an ongoing replacement for non-conformist Christianity that used scriptures full of the shed blood of Jesus, and the prospect of being saved from hell seemingly too heavy for Alpha and its NIV.

KJV. Col. 1:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

What is remarkable is the number of ministers who have fallen for all this corruption. There are so many casualties out there that even those of the remnant are wondering who to trust.

KJV Jer. 12:10 Many pastors have destroyed my vineyard, they have trodden my portion under foot, they have made my pleasant portion a desolate wilderness. 11 They have made it desolate, and being desolate it mourneth unto me; the whole land is made desolate, because no man layeth it to heart.

When the Preacher of the Blood-Stained Word does appear, the Alpha converts rise up in anger because they have been “amusingly brought into the Kingdom” by pleasantries and jokes and do not like to be convicted of their sin because they have already “let Jesus into their heart”. Little do they know that without the conviction of the Holy Ghost their salvation is useless! It simply does not work this way and so the combination of allegorical Gnostic theology, Satanic “Bibles” and being brought into the Kingdom through Alpha with “allowing the spirit” means that all we have today in Pentecostal-Evangelical churches is a playground of evil spirits rather than the old time convicting power of the Holy Ghost. John Bunyan’s insight into Vanity Fair absolutely applies to these “playground churches” today.

Alpha’s playground “Bible” the NIV is a result of Anglican cultish work bringing together the codices of Gnostic Egypt. Nicky Gumbel described conspirator Hort as “one of the greatest ever textual critics” just making this whole conspiracy an attempt of sources that only be of the devil to completely take out the Church in the 20th. and 21st. centuries, an activity almost completed if it was not for God’s pre-ordained remnant who would stand up and expose the falsehood and declare the truth! Let’s look at how great this “one of greatest ever textual critics” is ……

1) Huge in Psychical Circles: Hort along with his partner Westcott as well as producing a new “Original Greek” were founders of the Cambridge Ghost Society in 1851 according to Alan Gauld in The Founders of Psychical Research.

"In 1851 was founded at Cambridge a Society to 'conduct a serious and earnest inquiry into the nature of the phenomena vaguely called supernatural,' and a number of distinguished persons became members." [Alan Gauld, The Founders of Psychical Research, NY: Schocken Books, 1968, p. 66]

In the Life of Edward White Benson, Archbishop of Canterbury, by his son, A. C. Benson, is found, under the year 1851-2, the following paragraph:

'Among my father's diversions at Cambridge was the foundation of a 'Ghost Society,' the forerunner of the Psychical Society [meaning the S.P.R.] for the investigation of the supernatural. Lightfoot, Westcott and Hort were among the members. He was then, as always, more interested in psychical phenomena than he cared to admit.'

In 1853 Westcott and Hort, now Anglican Clergy and active spiritualists, began their work to produce a corrupted Greek “original text” from evil manuscripts like Vaticanus and Sinaiticus to be taken up later by Dr. Eberhard Nestle who followed on from the efforts of Westcott and Hort in 1898. In 1950 Kurt Aland assumed ownership of this “original Greek” and it is this follow on from Westcott and Hort that is now seen as the base document of all new translations, it having derived through the Alexandrian methods of Clement. It is these manuscripts that Alpha bases it corrupted course on, corrupted because its “Biblical” base is experiential first and Gnostic “original Greek” second. 2) The Psychic Hort recognized acceptance problems of the new “original Greek”! It would seem that the acceptance of Alpha and textual criticism has seemed to be a way to overcome this problem.

1861 Apr. 12th - Hort to Westcott: "Also - but this may be cowardice - I have a sort of craving that our text should be cast upon the world before we deal with matters likely to brand us with suspicion. I mean, a text, issued by men already known for what will undoubtedly be treated as dangerous heresy, will have great difficulties in finding its way to regions which it might otherwise hope to reach, and whence it would not be easily banished by subsequent alarms."
